Do any of those facepulling methods work or its just cope. Jcpenny mentioned all about this on his org thread and i saw a few high iqcells agreeing what do you guys think?

personally i think it could work however it is really easy to mess up causing crooked teeth by pulling them forward, giving an open bite.
